Need To Know
Reservations:
- We accept reservations 7 days in advance from your desired date.
- Reservations open up at 9am PST for groups of 8 or less. For parties of 9+, large party dinners, or private events, please email events@funkela.com for further details.
- We set aside the restaurant bar for walk-in guests and encourage you to join us this way!
- Additionally, we invite you to Bar Funke, our vibrant rooftop outpost offering elevated cocktails and light bites.
- Bar Funke operates on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Depending on availability, you may be seated at either the bar or a table.
- All reservation changes and cancellations can be managed on Resy or by contacting info@funkela.com.
- We kindly ask that any changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-show reservations will be subject to a fee of $50 per guest for the dining room.
Dining Policy:
- To ensure that all parties are seated punctually and with ample time to enjoy their experience, a time limit is enforced for the following group sizes:
- 1hr 45min for parties of 2 or less
- 2 hrs for parties of 3-4
- 2.5 hrs for parties of 5-7
Preferred Seating Request Policy:
- We humbly accept requests for preferred floor seating, booths, and or table seating.
- We will try our best to accommodate our guest's requirements, however we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
Late Arrival Policy:
- If guests are experiencing a delay, please notify the restaurant via the Resy confirmation text thread.
- We will hold the table for 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time.
- After 15 minutes, the table will be released, and be given away to the next waiting guest.
- If your table has been released, you will be added to the top of the standby list for the next available table.
Valet:
- Valet is available at a rate of $ 15.00 per vehicle. Cash and card are accepted.
Corkage and Auto Gratuity:
- $75 per 750mL, 2 bottle max No outside food or drink permitted, including cakes and desserts. Specialty cakes available upon request, for more info send inquiries to events@funkela.com.
- An auto gratuity of 20% will be added to parties of six or more. If you wish to have this removed please alert your Captain or the manager.
Attire:
- We respectfully request that our guests adhere to dinner-appropriate attire. Kindly refrain from wearing jerseys, jean shorts, or flip-flops.
